ADR Solutions was founded in 2022 by Rich Osgood                   

Rich – (President) A U.S. Marine veteran and seasoned Journeyman Mold Maker with over three decades of experience in high-precision manufacturing. His career began on the shop floor building complex tooling and molds, which evolved into advanced roles in tool design, sensor development, and aerospace engineering. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical and Project Management and has worked as a design/test engineer and project manager at the University of Notre Dame, where he helped develop and validate cutting-edge electromechanical systems. Today, Rich leads ADR Solutions, LLC with a commitment to quality, innovation, and mission-focused results. His deep understanding of both hands-on manufacturing and engineering design uniquely positions ADR to deliver precise, reliable solutions for government and commercial clients.

Dawn – (Vice President) has a B.S. degree in criminal justice and has 30 years of investigative experience as a fraud investigator for the Office of Inspector General. Dawn oversees the daily operations with regards to quoting and servicing our customers.
